Joe Budden Accidentally Reveals Massive Podcast Earnings

Joe Budden's fans now have an idea of how much he makes from his hit podcast, and the numbers are impressive, to say the least.

On Tuesday, June 24, the host of The Joe Budden Podcast attempted to brag about the number of visitors to his Patreon page in an Instagram Story. In the post, Budden included a screenshot of his analytics that shows a total of 30.2 million visits and covered the monetary earnings from his Patreon memberships. Unfortunately, fans were able to manipulate the image to reveal the actual number, which amounts to over $900,000.

"Let's try it this way lol smh," Budden wrote on a new version of the post, which didn't include the numbers in question.

The rapper-turned-podcaster has already earned millions from his podcast since it launched 10 years ago. In a podcast episode last year, the New Jersey native told his special guest Doe Boy that he's earned $7 million in total and $4 million after taxes.

“Early on we were doing it for free,” Budden explained. “Then we hit a little lick. Then n***as left, the building crumbled a little bit, and my friends came and saved the day.”

Joe Budden launched the podcast in 2015 with original hosts Rory Farrell, Marisa Mendez and producer Richard "Parks" Vallely. The show grew with the addition of Jamil "Mal" Clay, who left with Rory in 2021 to launch their own podcast, New Rory & Mal. Antwan "Ish" Marby and Lamar "Ice" Burney joined the show shortly after Rory & Mal's departure. The show's dynamic changed over the past three years after Budden recruited Melyssa Ford, Trevor "Queenzflip" Robinson, his good friend Emanny Salgado, and, most recently, Marc Lamont Hill as additional hosts.
