New surveillance footage shows the moment when armed suspects opened fire on Sauce Walka and his late artist Sayso P.
On Tuesday, March 25, TMZ published a video of the shooting that went down in front of the Westin Hotel in Downtown Memphis near the FedExForum. You can see three men hop out of a four-door white sedan. One of the men opened fire on Sauce and Sayso P before they all fled the scene. Sauce Walka was struck in the thigh while Sayso P died from his injuries. Police said Sayso P was the intended target of the shooting.
Sauce Walka was reportedly spared after one of the men allegedly recognized him. As of this report, police are still investigating the case. None of the men in the video have been identified and no arrests have been made. Sauce Walka previously broke his silence on the shooting but he recently took to Instagram to honor his late artist.
