Beyoncé & Other Real-Life 'Wonder Women' Recognized In DC Graphic Novel

DC Comics is celebrating Beyoncé, Serena Williams, Janelle Monáe, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and 13 other real-life heroes for its upcoming graphic novel “Wonder Women of History.”

The anthology, which goes on sale December 1, will spotlight 17 real-world heroes in the fields of science, social justice activism, politics, sports, and entertainment, according to GamesRadar’s Newsarama.

In addition to spotlighting female heroes, each profile in “Wonder Women of History” is also written and illustrated by women. See the full roster below:
