A California rapper who bragged about scamming unemployment in one of his songs has been arrested on federal charges. Memphis native Fontrell Antonio Baines, who records and performs under the name Nuke Bizzle, was taken into custody Friday in Hollywood, according to the Department of Justice. The 31-year-old is accused of fraudulently accepting at least $1.2 million in unemployment benefits, his indictment reveals. In a video posted September 11th on YouTube, Bizzle raps about doing "my swagger for EDD." Then, after holding up several envelopes from EDD, he raps about getting rich by going "to the bank with a stack of these." The song also includes the line, "You gotta sell cocaine, I just file a claim." He faces up to 22 years in federal prison if he's found guilty.
